Simplified access to basic protection: What do I need to know?

The social protection package adopted on 27 March 2020 offers those affected by the Corona crisis simplified access to basic protection. Anyone who does not have sufficient income to pay their living costs due to Corona can apply for unemployment benefit II (also known as Hartz IV) under simplified conditions.
