Boni, flexible work models, equal salaries and faster-growing salaries than elsewhere – the digital sector offers many advantages. The salaries themselves don't appear too shabby either with innovation managers claiming the very top category. An innovation manager with more than five years experience rakes in an average of 100'000 Euro a year. This is the result of a study commissioned by the Federal association for the digital Economy (BVDW) and Kienbaum consulting.
